is the 747-8 cockpit excactly to the boeing 747-400 in all aspects?, what are the differences?, at least in the two PMDG models, which add-on camera are you using?
The PMDG 748-i is a visuals/sound update to the default 747-400X. Panel is the same, just moved forward to reflect the added length of the 747-8I model.
Awesome video man :). I want TrackIR SOOO BADLY Lol. Sooon hopefully...soon lol. So do you enjoy it? Seems like Soo much fun. Does it feel weird moving your head and all..probably just have to get used to it huh lol? *thumbs up * :D
It's actually very weird to NOT use it now. it takes a tad bit of time adjusting to the sweet spots and making it work correctly, but once you are used to it, you simply cannot do a flight without it. The "Forward view" that you get without a TrackIR is so boring :D
I absolutely love it, and recommend it to anybody.
@Humza1 As a TrackIR5 user, I agree with daisilsin: it feels completely natural. You'll have a bit of a learning curve to find the "sweet spots" and trimming the response curves to fit you, but apart from that TrackIR5 enchances your flight sim experience immensely.
I'd say the difference in experience is like going from playing a fight sim with keyboard/mouse to a playing it with a HOTAS or yoke/throttle/pedals setup. You get a *much* better sense of immersion.
I have NOT had to -- I set my "reset viewpoint" in TrackIR5 program to a yoke button, so just make sure to get where you want to sit, then hti the "reset view" or whatever button you hotkeyed (Default profile is F9)
i have a shitty processor..if i get trackir 5 would it make some of the lag go away in the cockpit when ur moviing around like with the mouse. cuz my lags
