Haven't put up xmas decorations here yet, usually after my dads birthday, around 17th as a bit of tradition. Though might put a few coloured Led lights in my flat. Xmas will be over at the parents. Who live on the other side of town. As always great videos with Shiloh & Shelby

This is one of those times in life where you learn something new, and you learn that you can't judge the heat of a lite based on what you see in a video. Don't you think if it was burning them they would be crying? These are just normal small Christmas Lights. There may be a strand you have touched that was hot, but none of ours get hot. We would never put our dogs in danger like that, even you though you assume we will. We are not idiots.

This video was so adorable! Shelby & Shiloh helped A LOT! LOL! Nice tree! We're just wishing for good health for all of us! This is a sad time for us because we lost our eskie, Cody, in March. His last Chriistmas with us he was in pain and we prayed for a miracle that didn't happen. This Christmas won't be the same for us, but we pray for a better new year. We're doing a special lighting display in honor of him this Christmas. Thanks for sharing the special times with your pups w/us..

@GoneToTheSnowDogs for two years I was exposed to a lot of mold in the working enviornment. At first it was just breathing difficulties. Literally on a daily basis about a year and 1/2 into the job I would lose my voice, sore throat, cough a lot, get dizzy, bad headaches, gasp for air or wheeze a lot. I had two asthma attacks and went into anaphylictic shock once. I no longer work there, but still have some of the symptoms and breathing problems, not as bad though.

@sheeeve08 I pray for you to have better health in the coming year! I have a sister that's had asthma since she was 15 (she's now 50), and she is very sensitive to the cold & weather changes. She has repeated asthma attacks during the winter because of the cold, and just went to the ER this past week for an attack. This is a very serious condition, so please take care of yourself. I hope you have a special human or furbaby to make your days brighter!

@GoneToTheSnowDogs It's made it hard to go a lot of places in public as well, my breathing had been restricted pretty much every day, and a lot of stores that had even a small amount of mold, or flowers, etc etc, could make me have an asthma attack. I never had breathing problems before this place. Also mold exposure can make you develop new allergies when you go to public places, allergies that can send you into an asthma attack. Also it can affect every organ in your body as well.

@GoneToTheSnowDogs so I did quit there in October. I'm trying to keep up a healthy diet, and I found a doctor who went through similar things. There is actually a supplement he sells that is a detox for people with mold exposure. On his site he explains what each ingredient is for in it, and what they do.as well.

@whiskerchild Thank you! Our home was built in the early 1900s.  It did burn down once in the 40s so some of it is kind of chopped together, but the foundation is still that old old foundation. And some of the timbers in our basement are HUGE trees!
