@GrdnovGreens I called the CS Parks department and they will not be doing the " Pool Trout Fishout" again in 2012. But if you look on the TPWD website you can find one of the many places that host the winter trout fishing program near your home..

@davh277 Nope.. This time of year you will find me fishing for whitebass and crappie or maybe trout on the rivers throughout Central Texas.. These programs are for folks that can't get out or don't have the experience to do what a more seasoned fisherman can do and go.
