Naruto would still be strong even without the Kyuubi, he just never had any guidence growing up because of his parents' deaths and because he was isolated by the villagers.

@plushoyo no... it was the writer/artist who made the manga. They spent too much time setting the whole climax up so that they could make it so that you had no idea what would happen, and so sasuke could outsmart everyone. But he ran out of chakra in the process.
And regardless, deidra is a member of the akatsuki, so they always have to show the power behind the members of their group.
And, Biggest factor was that sasuke wanted info for itachi. He didn't want to kill, or Deidra woulda diedFAST

@sniperxdx1 Being able to clearly see the location of all of his explosives he had almost no reason to actually disable them, it's like walking through a minefield while being able to know where they all are, giving you no reason to waste time disabling them. If you ask me, the only "difficult" part of sasuke during the entire fight would be when trying to actual find an opening he could exploit... From his appearance it appeared had little trouble dodging the attacks and trying to counter...

@plushoyo no... it was the writer/artist who made the manga. They spent too much time setting the whole climax up so that they could make it so that you had no idea what would happen, and so sasuke could outsmart everyone. But he ran out of chakra in the process.
And regardless, deidra is a member of the akatsuki, so they always have to show the power behind the members of their group.
And, Biggest factor was that sasuke wanted info for itachi. He didn't want to kill, or Deidra woulda diedFAST
