The first movement is luscious-gorgeous! Initially, the rhythmic near-stasis of the events seemed odd, then more 'right' than any other possibility. Even with the subsequent movements becoming more lively and overt, the piece has a gentleness, an overall quiet and introvert "interior" quality, as if Rzweski was not thinking of any audience: it is a quality I like and admire greatly.
Nice to hear the first cough at ca. 11'07'' - until then it might have been a studio recording!
