The organist in the Temple Baptistry played this yesterday morning. There was no more perfect piece of music to hear in The House of The LORD, than this. It was so reverent and apropos.
i think i first heard this song here.. First time i ever sang it in church was in french in Luxembourg.. because we don't have it in the swedish hymn book..
i didn't think it was very good in the beginning but it's getting better by time..
This oiis incredible. i had this one going and the first by mormaninaleif, it almost made my cry it is beautiful. it was like a duet, crazy good. thank you
Beautiful video!!!!!! This song is amazing! Isn't it good to know we come from the eternities and our life did not start in the surroundings we were born and where we will die? We are noble children of a Heavenly Father and come from a home up there, somewhere in the vast universe, and we have a great future ahead. Thank goodness for prophets! What was lost has been restored and we know who we are and we know our destiny!
Thank you tons for sharing this. One of my Fav hymns. I think the reason why music like this is so beautiful is because, in a way, it's about other worlds.
hey, guy, can you send send this record to me by email too?

0:01
Wär’ es möglich hin nach Kolob
in ein Augenblik zu geh’n
danach weiter in der Ferne
das Alle dich selbst seh’n,
fändest du Anfang und Ende
in aller Ewigkeit
und zum Nichts hineingehende
wann gäb’ es keine Gottheit?

0:49
Der Heilig Geist erleuchtet
was der Mensch allein nicht kann.
Leise flüstert die Erkenntnis
in die Seele jeden Mann.
Die Materie ist zahllos,
ewig Raum gehört dem Herrn.
Gottes Wissen ist schon endlos
Er kennt Alle nah und fern.

01:34
Ewig sind die Werke Gottes.
Welten, Leben ohne Zahl.
Die Verbesserung und Fortschritt
gelten Allen, all zumal.
Die Seele hat kein Ende.
Die Familie endet nicht.
Auch kein Ende findet Gnade
in Gottes Angesicht.

02:18
Die Herrlichkeit ist endlos,
und das Licht und die Wahrheit.
Und die Liebe, und das Wesen
und das Leben und Weisheit.
Auch kein Ende steht zur Jugend
und der heilig Siegelung Pracht.
Ja, und endlos sind die Tugend,
der Priestertum und Macht.

If there was a song that represents what I believe Heaven feels like, this is it. Welcome into the joy of the Father.

I'm LDS, but I only have a vague understanding of Kolob. Could someone tell me where it is in Abraham? Thank you.
