@zaaritha Daniel O'Donell was born in County Donegal, Ireland. His father died when he was young so he was brought up by his Mother alone. He is an all around wonderful person. When we heard and saw Daniel O'Donnell on PBS in March 2005 for the first time, immediately we loved every word of every song. Now, that we have seen him live in concert 7 times and have 511 songs on CD and on DVD we still play his music all the time. Thank you, Daniel, for your beautiful, romantic music!
Wow- I think that says it ! What a performer--so versatile---and his looks are not bad either- his dance steps and moves make me want to dance.-He can sure capture an audience.. I am lucky that my daughter got me a pair of tickets to his concert for May 2010.. I can hardly wait.. I don't "do" concerts, but I will this one.. Irish music has always been one of my favorites but all his songs are great. And to think I just started hearing about him a few years ago.. A lot of wasted time lol...
