I finally figured out where the BS rederict on the BUSH tax cut benefits the richest 1% comes from. It repealed Capital gains taxes, meaning taxes on Stock and real estate sales (you still have to pay income tax on it but not capital gains tax - so you dont get taxed twice anymore). So basically the Democrats not only want to tax 28% of your income to fedral taxes, they also want 28% of your stock earnings plus a percentage of stock sales. This includes 401k's and retireent funds, It's BS.
