How weird that I was just talking about making a tomato curry today and then I got your message about this video! I see you sent the message back in February though, so I guess I need to check my inbox more often.
Anyway, I will definitely make this next time! Thank you! :-)
Could I ask why you don't use clarified butter or ghee when frying your ingredients? Just curious, as most curry recipes do use those, and they won't burn like butter will. (It is so easy to make clarified butter, and it lasts forever in a sealed jar in the fridge.) Anyway, I enjoyed the video.
"and remember, COOK WITH PASSION" hehe u're so cute :D thanx for the invitaion i looooooved this dish actually it's my fave i order it everytime i go to an indian restaurant i sure will try it :D subscribed :D
P.S: if u go easier on the music it would be better :D keep it up and good luck :)
I never made curry with tomatoes, but now I think I will. You make it look so tasty.
Do you make all kinds of curry? I have made curry from Japan, Thailand, England, and Ireland. It is so interesting to me how almost every country in the world has their own curried recipes.
Keep the Fab cooking vids comin'! I wish we were friends and could cook together. Every time you say Cook With Passion it makes me smile.
Curry is not english.. Its been introduced by Indian imigrants. But changed some ingredients because british people didnt like some of them. And if you mean curry from a jar then what type of curry is that ?
I guess I should clarify what I said. I know that curry was originally Indian, but it made it's way across the globe and many countries from Ireland to Thailand have their own variations on making curry. That's what I'm talking about.
A little suggestion that might help is having the ingredients and amounts in the info section. That's just my personal preference and you did a great job with this vid!
I make something very similar, however without the coriander and coconut milk. Instead of those I use Agave syrup, allspice and soy sauce. I think I'll try this one out.
Thanks for telling me about this video. The food looks awesome. I never had that type of curry and I really want to try it now...GREAT FOOD...Awesome Host
