there were some mistakes in the rhythm and the solo really wasnt nailed, but all in al it was a good cover

Ah some of the mistakes might have been intentional, I know it sounds weird but one of the mistakes you might be claiming is where I play a C power chords followed by a d power chords as opposed to a C power chord followed by an e power chord...I hope you know what I'm on about LOL

But yeah, the solo is tricky in parts, I'm better at it now :p

Erm about 3 - 4 hours a day, If I have exams its less but I try and get as much in as I can.

Cheers dude, I just do some chromatic stuff to warm up and I practice riffs and licks at varying speeds.

I also just practice to songs aswell :-)

The EMGs sounds soooo much better than the pickups that are usually on les pauls.

I know man, my Jackson RR24 has an EMG81 and my Dean MKH has sweet custom pickups and then this has some shitty Epiphone pickups and they couldn't match the above guitars' pickups...so I got two EMG's XD

How much are EMG's? cause i wanna put some on my guitar and get a floyd tremolo. My friend has the floyd locking system, and it's much better than my one, my one tend to go out of tune when you whammy too much

My EMG81 was about £80 and my EMG89 was about £90. Obviously places may vary with prices.

If you want to get a Floyd make sure you get alot of practice with using your mate's because at first they are a pain in the arse, however don't let this put you off because once you get used to them they are a great asset.

With the floyd, theres some spcial method for changing strings, like cutting off the ends and tightening the locks with an allen key, isnt there? anyway, the dude's my best friend so i should be able to practice with it more, even though i play his guitar a lot anyway
