hi, could pau de arco help me with my cold sores? i really dont want to take anymore medication the doctor is prescribing me, its way to strong and i just dont want harsh chemicals in my body like that, i rather do the raw or natural herbs. thanks
@shewassourgirl several several herbal aternatives that are anti-viral- yes on ur question! but that may not be enough: -add silver ( Sovereign Silver) -Virugo Max (Dragon Herbs) -Activated Minor Bluplerum ( Dragon Herbs) -Kyolic garlic ( liquid for best results) -Carnavora { venus fly trap extract) -Delenolate (east park) {Olive Leaf extract} (use one, any or all) consider switching to Body Ecology Diet if you have a decent amount of discipline definitely add some probiotics
I was just wondering, how come Chris has no hair? I am a huge fan of herbs but I am suffering from early balding... i don't want to take anything that will aggravate it :S
@saddough Chris has a full head of hair, he's a mixed marshall arts fighter, hair gets in the way-- ho shou wu , pearl, rhemmania 6 may help with your situation, but male pattern baldness is genetic, nothing well stop that if your designed to do it.. there is a south american herb, think it's Suma that stops just regular balding: male pattern is the genetic one and usual has the forehead with the circle in the point/back of head balding
Cool video. I bought some Cat's Claw from sunfood.com on a whim and I have been quite pleased with its effects. I'm going to have to check out some more of these herbs.
I think I need to buy a good pot first because I don't cook, and the only pot I have came from the health food store, but it has some "healthy" version of teflon coating on it.....I know it can't be true.. I have a bag of reishi my boyfriend just sent me, and I don't know what to do with it either, so I'm glad you said that. So just boil the heck out of it, the longer the better? I had considered whether or not I should grind it up into a powder before I boil it to speed up the process...?
you want to look for a 5 gallon stainless steel lobster pot, thats what I have!
Grinding is fine, leaving them whole is fine too, grinding will just get everything out faster-
this leaving them IN forever though is just mainly for your hard woody things like barks and woody mushrooms like reishi and chaga and stuff like that.
you saw my last video, I know because you left comments on it,
but my big lobster pot is going 24/7 all the time and I just keep adding stuff to it--
in fact while Chris was here just a few hours ago we boiled up some wild reishi in a seperate pot and then we were done I just threw it in the big pot, because LIKE the amazon barks the reishi just keeps giving too...........

@ravendream33
it's good in an hour,
it's better in 5 days,
just keep adding water....
