@MrBlue2uk Yeah but have you seen the quality of bthis version of Spearhead>? nIt looks amazing! the colour and sharpness have been iproved so uch it looks like an episode of The Avengers. worth buying the boxset methinks, even if u have the 2001 dvd already.

terror of the autons looks so better on dvd the video has the original tapes from 1971 unaltered so the quality isn't as good but great stories

Terror of the Autons and Planet of the Spiders were just released in the US a few weeks ago; I wonder if a special edition version of Spearhead will also be released here.

@bobfett11 me too, i've pre-orded it on amazon, however, i seen reveiws on the website and most of the consumers are throwing major hissy fits about re-releasing spearhead (witch fans may already own the original copy to be fair) and just want terror to be released on its own, thus believing it to be a con :/

On the strength of this trailer it appears that Terror of the Autons, restored and remastered again looks almost as good as Spearhead from Space. I would love to see The Daemons similarly restored on DVD.

@randomdave30 I agree, Doctor Who DVDs have a lot of time and effort spent on them. The Daemons will have a great deal of work done on it (which it needs) before it can be released in 2012 at the earliest. If the Daemons looks as good as these two stories when released I will be very happy.

@DoctorWhoFan891 It must have been someone with nothing better to do. I've never had a dislike before, and I certainly didn't expect one for a Doctor Who trailer. I love these two Auton stories. This boxset looks like it's going to be a great release, really looking forward to it.
