The 3rd OFSTED report came out on 31st July 2008.

It rubbished CAFCASS again.

So far that's 3 out of 3 reports that CAFCASS have "failed".

So what are the Government waiting for?

A good report?

The answer to how to stop this is google for camilla cavendish in "The Times" July 2008.

The Times is running a major campaign against Secret Courts.

They have a "write to your MP" campaign.

Write to your MP - ask him to support the Times Campaign against CAFCASS/Secret Courts.

CAFCASS and CORAM- adoption and fostering agency have now become partners.

So Cafcass will supply the children for adoption and fostering to its partner.

Surely this is a conflict of interest??

CAFCASS CORAM, will refer children of "divorcing parents" into the CORAM ADOPTION branch. They "cooperate and coordinate" between the two.

So CORAM, the UK's 3rd largest adoption agency, can now cherry pick children for adoption from divorcing parents.

It does not matter because the children are in "state care"- so they do not take themselves to court.

That is what their lawyer told me.

Children are devestated that nothing was done to bring the state appointed "carer" to justice.

In fact the carer was failed carer, on mental disability and a known child abuser of her own children.

Her son was also a known rapist, drug taker, violent, but nothing done.

Failing to premote contact with good fathers.

Failing to apply the rule of 'in the childs best interests'.

Failing to put into practice the remit set for them.

Cafcass is not fit for purpose and never has been, the sooner they are scrapped the better.
