No it's the next one which has already been confirmed to have:

The Daleks, Cybermen, the Sontarans, the Judoon, the Hoix, the Weevils, the Uvodni, the Sycorax, the Silurians, the Autons, the Roboform and the Blowfish.

Could be more, but those have been confirmed. Pandorica is a prison of all the worlds evil and it's where Episode 12 and 13 is set. Part of 12 is set in Rome with Rory. And part of it is set in the museum from Episode 10.

@SuperSmasher1 No, The Lodger is supposed to have an odd classic villain in it. Gareth Roberts has been known to try and make naff villains better, so it could be a rutan or Meglos or something.

Besides the finale Cybermen have been hinted at being Mondas Cybermen (official site has a image of Cybermen with a Cyberman head on their chest instead of the Cybus logo) and I dont think they "upgrade" the same way Cybusmen do
