I know they have a political bias, but this could seriously damage our counttry if they put their political leanings above their responsibility to quesiton government and its policies. I've pondered that as well. I'm sort of 50/50 on it. Yes, the majority of them have abandoned any pretense of journalistic integrity and should lose their press credentials but at the same time they do have the Freedom to be biased. There is nothing in the 1st Amendment to my knowledge about the Press having to be fair and honest.... unfortunately.
