This always cracked me up. The short story was great, but this makes it easily 3000% better :D excellent work! The only problem is...

We *aren't* meat. We're electromagnetic wave patterns supported by a substrate of meat. If you neutralize all electromagnetic activity in a brain for even a moment, disrupting someone's existential "pattern", they are DEAD. The body may live, but there's nobody in there. If only these aliens were smart enough to figure that out XD

While I agree that the setting was odd at first, the "they speak with meat" scene with all of the (kind of gross) tongue waggling got the message across perfectly.

@michalchik The original source was a written piece of literature, which, by definition, is up for any number of interpretations. It could be interpreted as comic, yes, but it can also be interpreted as a darker piece suggesting that we won't be invaded or contacted by aliens; just ignored, because we're not good enough for them.
