I understand that having a life changed by some self-bomber mother-fucker is a lot harsher then by a disease, but only on a psychological scale. As tough as being strong and overcoming the odds can be, harvesting the good results in the future is something to be proud of. One can't simply give up to anything.

How can she lose her femininity by losing her legs? This is a lame thought. She should look at examples like Heather Mills and (even more) Amy Purdy, who lost both legs to a disease that kills almost everybody it attacks, and kept on doing what she loves and even more nonetheless...
