i dont no anybody who stop habits w/o longterm support- i did aa and na for 90 days straight-just listened to ppl-this is serious even if so many have habits (reflex behavior) compulsion- nothing is more imp than yr support-its yr life-not job not school not love-only yr support to have in stressful time-longtime members of aa can be there -u can od so fast-"just one time more"-take care-take magesium/calcium every 2 hrs for life-im way calmer "relief" is what i feel-keep on-get friends in aa
Hearing people who have gone through this process or who are working directly with the problem is very helpful. Thank you to Lindsey Clennell and his team for giving us this opportunity to learn about denial.
Vacating denial (I know what I'm doing) and moving toward helpless (what am I doing? what is this?) is really the fibre of yoga. What a great source of inspiration this video is.

"If you find self-reform too hard
In spite of your intense desire
For lack of firmness to discard
The habits that stink of the mire,
There is no reason to despair,
Try what you can time and again,
Beseech your Maker to repair
The faults and you in strength will gain."
