RKrarup let me tell you something mate, this may be what you consider the worst animation ever but when it was all self taught from nothing at all, and all done in our spare time, not even college (comps were too slow). and the fact that we all have our own lives and we had loads of boring wirriten work to do as well and i mean a lot! so i think we did quite a good job i mean i practically lumbered all animation except the ship scene on doug and i made all 3d then it was all put together so Foff

As for the animation, it really is terrible. If you truely are into animation and want to make a living off it, I suggest that you buy the animation book of Richard Williams. It is exceptionally great and will indeed help you get a finer understanding of animation.

My advice is that if you still go to this collage then drop out. If it takes 7 months to get to this level then they are wasting your time. if you really want to be an animator then find a better school. unfortunately i don't know any in england, but if you check some schools out then look at the students work before considering applying for it.
I know you feel this is worst and that is your opinion, I respect that, but don't forget not everyone is skillful as some people are, sure 7 months may seem like a waste of time but truefully it isn't, sometimes it takes alot of time to get something right, it's not as easy as ABC like some people think, plus our collages in the UK are not the best ones.

Yes I agree it was a stupid comment. But we saw that everyone praised them on how awesome job they did. That I feel is just plain stupid.
As an example I have some friends whom are amature actors, they do theatrical shows now and then in different places. But everyone one of the shows are bad, they do not critique each other. Instead they spent the time to praise them on how good a job they did, therefor they will never amount to anything but amature actors.
You must have alot of friends. I can tell by your profile that you're an amazing animator! To be honest, by your obvious over-sized ego, I am guessing you are some sort of poorly concieved troll. If not, you seriously need help in controlling your ego.
That is peoples opinion, so there for it is not stupid, we praise them to encourage them to do more and with-in time they will get better.
I know you know people who can do better, good for them and you, but not everyone can be as good as those people and personally I believe these guys did a great job considering all the stuff they had to do in between it, writing stuff out for collage, doing things that needed to be done and other stuff, so I think they deserve the praise, in my opinion.
The variation of camera angles and a smooth animation, plus music that suits the mood equal an epic win!
Off topic, a lot of times I thought what would it be like to come crashing down through the atmostphere at a mach 3 speed. Guess I'll have to become a CDawg to know, lol
