What they should have done was make 3rd person combat similar to Final Fantasy X and Golden Sun where players run up to targets and attack them. The music needs an upgrade, sounds like a 16 bit music file, this is DS, Square is lagging with their damn DS games, like dragon quest, lazy biggots.

One thing I hate about FF games is, 90% of the time they never physically attack each other. It bugs the F%$K out of me when they just stand there attack mid air and the move magically hits the enemy! Thats why I prefer Golden Sun, now there is a good game with physical violence!! But don't get me wrong, I do like FF, its just, is it so hard for the game creators to make them actually ATTACK!! whatever I just had to get that off my chest, this game does look pretty good, MIGHT get it!!!!

Haha that's something that's always aort of niggled at me too - I've never really hated it, but ever since FF7 onwards, which was 11 years ago, the characters actually did hit the enemies - I found it strange why they didn't put it in the 3D remakes. Maybe they're just keeping up the classic feel of the game? Doesn't bother me either way - I'm still getting this as soon as it's out!

I don't know about that. This is pretty accurate in feeding the sound from the DS. Just watch a few FF3 DS vids and it feeds them perfectly. This might be how it will deffinatively sound.

It only dissapears if you win a battle so it's hard to play when your buying. Don't you just hate it when you expect a rom version of a game only to mess up your screen?
