To become skilled in any martial art takes many years. You can be quite competent in 3 years, but to be very good takes a life time. You can always become better, so there is always a higher level to achieve. Don't give up on learning PTK...just keep in mind that you will have to devote a lifetime to really know and understand it.

My God it will took 12 to 15 years to learn PTK that is way too long I thought I can learn PTK in 3 Years or under.
My dream was to learn PTK to be my Striking and Gracie Jujitsu to be my ground tactic.
But now its kinda impossible because 12 to 15 years is too much time.
I want to learn and find a well rounded self defense technique I mean from striking, ground tactic and weaponry that can be learn around 3 years.
