@Ashura96 I only own the crummy american version of Beatmania, and for what I see I cannot understand how can they be characters from this rhythm game, cause for as far as I know, it has no story line, or am I wrong? Could you please explain? I've been wondering this for a while now lol

@AdyTheNobody The games do in fact have no story, as you thought. It just so happens that these songs come with artwork in their videos, namely works by someone known as Goli Matsumoto. The characters have names and everything, and presumably the songs themselves relate to some grand story(Or two, I think, since there're some really futuristic looking videos, and others look more medieval or so, like this one.). Of course, that last part's just a guess on my part.

Someday when I have some artistic talent, I will steal these characters (but give credit to whomever) and make an awesome anime. See, I can come up with awesome storylines but I cant draw to save my soul!!! (Grr!)

Well if the mouth and nose are your only problem, then you shouldn't worry too much. I've seen some highly respected anime series have terribly drawn mouths and noses. Some have drawn mouths that were too big, others have drawn entire features too small. Some people actually like it. The only ones who were nitpicky are those looking for a reason to hate. If you can come up with lovable characters or interesting stories with your drawings, then there's no real concern about it.
