fernando was always good at canada.Also my home :D . I wish it was here this year I think the new cars would have a tough time going around. But fernando is a great driver and maybe he could do a little canada magic like he has done before :D . also I liked the way the renault looked this race. Great circuit. A car breaker, so usually threw up an unexpected result somewhere. More carnage than overtaking but always great racing. It'll be missed from formula 1. Jordan's first points in f1 was here in '91 when de Cesaris and Gachot scored.

It's just a shame that Renault wasn't very competitive in 2007 and 2008. I know that Alonso took two wins in a row, but it just wasn't enough... I hope to see some closer racing with more teams competing than just ferrari and mclaren mercedes, now that the new aerodynamic rules makes the cars less depending on wings...

Actually it is a hard overtaking track. You have only 3 or 4 overtaking opportunities: Virage senna, only if a car goes wide, L'epingle and Droit du casino straight leading to T12. Its very hard to overtake on T12 due to the wall of champions, but Piquet did it this year. Massa took both Rubens and Heikki at l'epingle, and virage senna like most of the track, is only good if a car makes serious mistakes such as spinning, curb cutting, wall contact.

So it is a hard place. He should know.
