Isn't there a special table for pregnant woman that has a hole cut out for the belly so she can lie on her stomach?

Yes there is a table with a hole but we do not advice it ! The belly of a pregnant woman is more or less big, the hole is always the same size.

We use the Body Cushion for pregnant woman up to 5- 6 months pregnancy after the massage mus be on lateral position.

There is no rule some pregnant women feel comfortable lying on belly with cushion some don't.

No it is wrong. A pregnant woman should never lie on her belly not on her back.

That's the reason why we are giving the massage on the woman lying on her side

not quite true. pregnant women may have trouble lying on the back during the second half of pregnancy: it put the whole weight of the uterus on the inferior vena cava and can also cause change in blood pressure. But every woman is different, and you will get dizzy before getting affected by a high blood pressure (I do sleep on my back and am six months pregnant without any trouble)

You shuld not receive any massage the first 3 months of pregnancy, can only start from the 4th month.
