what a bunch of bulllshit. if you're bad at math you're bad at math. innate intelligence is a very real think and is the primary determinant of academic aptitude. education does not change that.
I enjoyed watching your video on how to make Math more understandable for these high school students and I applaud this effort. However, in my opinion, it is too late at this age to totally fix the problem. The effort needs to start at age 6 - 7 in Kindergarden and/or 1st grade.
