With all due respect, that is an assumption, there is no reason to think that high tech = high spiritual awareness. Technology and "spiritual awareness" have never tracked on this planet, why would we assume that it would elsewhere? Rather the greatest technological advances have been made and are exploited for the purpose of warfare. Science is morally ambiguous and "science" creates technology not "higher spiritual awareness".

Both you and indreams seem to have missed my point. Namely that technological things do not require any moral or spiritual component. Morality and spirituality are aspects of the human mind that are not necessary to operate technology. I have experience working in the "high tech" industry in various roles. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that R&D of technology is not a function of morality or spiritual insight. UFOs _are_ technological manufactured devices. While any sufficiently advanced technology can appear to be 'magical' or 'spiritual' that does not change its true nature, namely that of a manufactured technology. i.e. psychotronics seems to play a large part in the UFO phenomena and the belief systems surrounding it.

There is plenty of evidence to show that massive suppression and disinformation campaigns have been underway since the 1940s. Great video. I dont understand why it is so hard for people within the UFO subculture to figure out that ETs are peaceful and mature civilizations.
