Fair use may protect satire, but the video is a satirical piece against valentines and gifts, not the photo itself. The video's message would not be harmed or changed if that photo was removed, so the claim of "fair use" probably would not hold up in court.

We informed the owner/creator of the video (as well as many of these commenters) that the photo was used illegally. The morally correct and socially polite (and LEGAL) thing to do would be to remove the video or at least the offending photo. It's really not much to ask for.
