Wow this is a pretty big step. Hopefully this will just be the first step for alot of great things for ROH.

If they can put on a great show (which it looks like their going to) they could gain a wider fan base and if the PPV is successful they may get more interest from other broadcast providers.

Yea I heard about it two hours ago and i marked out like crazy. I still say that Final Batlle is not their mania purely cuz i don't think it truly "ends" feuds like everyone says. Look at Aries/Black last year, that show merely continued their feud for nother year. Also look at FB 07 with the main event. AOTF/Briscoes continued through the first and last quarter of 2008. GBH this year had a main event that will never be duplicatd this year in importance and history. SCOH has the best shows IMO.

Although it may not always end feuds it does have 'big' moments where things of significance always happen. 2008 saw Dragon and Shima finally end their feud but it also saw a new beginning with Aries turning heel and Jimmy turning on Tyler. SCoH will deliver on the wrestling part but you won't get storyline movement and big moments like you will with FB. FB being the best show of the year is debatable but IMO it's definitely the biggest.

Yeah, I'd say Final Battle is the Wrestlemania of ROH, however I really think it's close, Glory By Honor, Supercard of Honor, Death Before Dishonor and FInal Battle are really all on the same level. ROH hasn't really fully distinguished one show as superior to all the other big shows.
