  • Miss Alexandra Hjortswang, you create the most full and beautiful sound, regardless of the tapping in the background. And your Adagio from the same sonata is also most beautifully rendered. It shows a great ability to explore the possibilities to obtein the best performance of your instrument.

heartfelt thanks for posting this work of art

  • WOW!! Great job!!

and wherever you're playing, it's a cool place

    =)

  • this is fantastic!!!! you gots skillz !!

  • is this performed in France ?

  • Looks like England to me...

  • C'est en Sweden.

  • Excellent job! Fantastic!!!

  • You play the songs really well. Keep up the good work. Congratulation!

  • non al massimo ma certamente sulla buona strada. complimenti

  • For some reason this tapping sound appears when I transfer the videos from the camera to the computer. Don't know why or how to get rid of it, sorry.

  • I'm sorry but the tapping noise is so irritating.

  • Magnificent.

  • She plays beautifully but the room acoustics are bad. If she ever performs again, it would sound much better in a place where the echos aren't so noticeable. The echo ruins the pure sounds Bach intended :)

  • Is there someone tapping their foot in beat to the music?

  • Nonsense. This is music for resonant princely chambers, not for anechoic recording studios or dead concert halls.

  • agreed. echo is not a problem, but the recording is lacking in high frequency content. the "tapping" sound is jitter, literally gaps in the audio stream that span the entire frequency range.

  • Beautiful!

  • she is sounding well, not perfect but good. where is she from? I really would like to listen her live.

  • Why does this make me want to cry?

  • it makes you in a "sad " mood kinda, because it is in the key of G minor, minor keys are more "sad" and major are not.

  • Good job! I just played this sonata and it is really amazing, and you played well. The only thing I would say about it is this, you should try to lift the violin up a little bit. Doing this, when you play the chords, the gravity will help the sound and in fact you have the feeling that ou can play it in a much easier way! Other than that, brava!!! it is a hard piece! congrets

  • Amazing performance!!!! Wish I could play that good...

  • Is that a metronome in the background? Or somebody tapping their foot? Good performance.

  • Perfect! Lovely sound! youre tehcnique is brilliant! Though the sound in the video skipps a little at 1:00 min... anyway great!!

  • thats my teacher

  • bravo execution of the fugue. room was echoing tho may have covered some of the passages

  • what edition are you using?

  • niceeeeeeee
