Every text I've ever read on the subject cites reishi as a panacea. It's good for the mind too. It promotes mental clarity, hence the name "lucidum".

I saw thousands in the US over the years, but wasn't aware of the herbal value or reputation. I'm trying some now that I bought at an herbal store the other day. Don't feel anything yet, but we'll see! :)
