Deler, do you know why the SMG and Pistol sounds on my weapon pack keep changing to the distant sound? The only way i have been able to solve this problem is to have a copy with the channels switched so that if the sound changes I just rename the file. These are the only 2 weapons that give me this problem.

Your sound script link is not working, my load sounds do not sound anything like they sound like in audacity and I followed the paste into original sound file advice, why won't it work?

@hihosh1 I need to move all that to other server. But it will be better if i try to make something new.I don`t know if old sounds will work with modern l4d version.Just wait for my update in 2 months or weeks.

Do you have any idea why when I create reload sounds they sound fine on winamp and in audacity but too low in L4d? How can I solve this?

@hihosh1 Try to incrase volume about +10 dB in audacity, Maybe it will works.

deler, I have created my own sound effects for the hunting rifle, how did you get your hunting rifle to not have annoying after-sounds? My wav sounds fine but in-game it makes a funny noise after I fire.

its not working. i cant extract it because winrar says something about the file name not being over 260 characters. can you just do this? l4d/sounds/then put the sounds? then rar it and upload? i really want these sounds.
