It's not every day where 8 people get together for no apparent reason, then a giant sack pops out of a cloud and explodes and a box comes out, then a bunch of small people pop out of the box and randomly declare a party for no reason while everyone just stare like idiots.

mario party 4 was the last good mario party game. the new ones all suck major dick. you can tell because 1- all had cinematic intros while the others lack, well at least decent ones.

Mario Party 2 is my favorite i liked the way the boards were themed like western ville and the halloween map.

I Still have Mario party 4 and I play it on my Wii from time to time, this game is so much fun even it's only on 1 or 2 players.

But my favourite would have to be Mario party 3.
