A classic remix of this song. That's why it's bettter than the Galaxy 2 version. It took the original song and transplanted it from the electronic music from games of the mid to late 90's and added the orchestra, without all the unnecessary frills that Galaxy 2 added. But childhood factor or not in the way, the Super Mario 64 version is an all time classic and can never be recreated in a better way.

In SM64, this tune just fitted for the sole objective of Bowser's Levels: to load you with TRIUMPH and POWER, to go and overcome that nasty Koopa King!

I'm glad to get SM64 as my first game. And boy, I cried manly tears when all the awesomeness of SMG-series are finalised with this music!

It feels like a legacy, pumped with grand epicness of SMG.
