  • Thanks guys. Your info was thorough and enlightening. I'm a middle-age, overweight (35 lbs.) man with a trek ahead. Your videos are a great source of inspiriation.

  • Great video

  • calcification is a major risk factor for heart disease - research it. Once you do you wont be after all that calcium anymore.

  • @soundaffliction Use Vitamin K-2, it will move calcium from the blood stream where you don't want it, into your bones where you do want it.

  • are they lovers? HOT

  • i am asking everywhere and nobody can tell me if its okay to eat or drink honey in this diet because i am missing the fruit juice and the sugar.

  • @animejoao Did you ever get your answer on the honey

  • @animejoao You can't include honey, because it's basically pure sugar. Save it for cheat day! All the best, Luke

  • hi i have only one question, when you do the 4 hour body should you focus only doing one thing at the time like only loose 20 pound in a month or should you try doing strenght and loose fat at the same time. thank you and i am waiting your answear.

  • these guys are too awesome! i wish i could bounce on a big blue ball while making a serious youtube video

  • did a fucking blind monkey edit this video?

  • John Parker , what a handsome man! :)

  • Dairy foods that are raw most certainly do help prevent osteoporosis

  • Dairy does not help prevent osteoporosis. In fact, there is a direct correlation between how much a country's people eat dairy and the incidences of osteoporosis. There is in fact no evidence that dairy is good for you with the exception of colostrum. And some might argue it is the pasteurization of dairy that is the culprit so perhaps raw dairy is ok.

  • Does 4 hour Body talk about exercises to lose weight or just exercise to get stronger and/or bigger?

  • @nyclear Both.

  • curious what you guys have to say about white tea vs. green tea.

  • John is hot

  • I am so happy to see other people share about probiotics, and the dangers of antibotics. I've been telling people for years, but it seems that the media is always 5 years behind me.

  • Great Videos guys!

I got a pretty bad Michigan accent myself haha. Thanks for the info, I'll be checking out your site. I'm also blogging my results too.

I did have a question for you guys. I believe I bought caffeinated green tea pills (doesn't say decaffeinated on it) for the PAGG stack. Should I still take it before bed?

    thanks,

    Johnny

  • thanks for the info, the order has been placed for PAGG. I have been doing the TimCarbDiet for 3+ weeks and this morning I have dropped 7.8 or so kilograms but this last week I have been feeling a little slow (harder to recollect things/names.) hoping this will help, also I'll probably be starting with fish oil. (the stuff that smells so bad it ruins clothing if you spill it.)

  • Thanks for the great video!

Doesn't Tim recommend decaf green tea extract? You mentioned one serving of green tea extract has the same caffeine as 5 cups of coffee but did you mean decaf coffee?
