Yeah, like that guy in TF2 with a jet engine for a gun, or the guy with an assault rifle and a jetpack, or the sniper-proof guy with a mortar launcher.

TF2 has a load of generic classes, there's bound to be similarities. I could probably say Call of Duty is similar to TF2 because of some of the classes.

It's VERY fun, but there are some issues with servers right now that render the game night-unplayable.

I'd say you should wait until the end of beta and see if they fix that.

They're working on it as we speak and seem to be pretty competent, but you can never be too safe.

They fixed the servers today.

There are crits, but they're not exactly random and don't make that much of an impact on the game.

I've yet to find myself in a situation where I'd think I lost because of a crit string.

That and they're easy to ban. One class (assault) can get crits through his passive, two other require active abilities (gunner and assassin), all other classes need a selectable perk to get any crits at all.

this is a great game. I have it (marketplace download) for xbox, and I've got to say, it's a very awesome game! It's pretty much a third-person TF2, but with extremely colourful arenas. Anyone who owns or has played TF2 and liked it, I would recommend this to you.

This game from the start looked like TF2 to me, but as I tried to say who is what TF2 class, I noticed there are a lot of differences that make it a little more difficult, and that the game play (based on the trailers) definitely make Monday Night Combat its own game, not a TF2 clone
