yes they are or i think they are. its well worth it plus it's nice to spice things up. but they the prices are nice.

My sister just had one. it was sooo fun and I bought a few things that I cannot wait to try! :) I would love to sell but Im 19 and Im not sure if there is a age you have to be or anything.. I enjoyed it Im having one for myself :P
