Congrats!! My surgery is on March 29th and my journey has been very long, I started the WLS journey in June of 2010, my insurance required 6 months of diet and nutrition ect... as well as Psych Counceling, so 9 months in the making, but God is good.. I can't wait for you to have a date. Make sure you stay on them about your date, because They took their time giving me a date after I was approved. I had to bug them. Good luck and congrats!
@busybody19 Congratulations! My date won't be that soon. I just talked to the surgeon's office. He is like one of the most popular surgeons in the midwest so it is hard to get a quick date with him. I should know for sure tomorrow (they gave me 2 tentative dates until she can call me back). I am soooo excited although I will have to wait just a little while longer. Keep in touch and I will be following your journey as well.

OMG>...... so happy for u... it seemed like just yesterday i got approved and now i am 2 weeks post op... its gonna go super fast from here on out!
