Thinking of arms... There's two separate things going on there, which is interesting. Most people when you give them a suggestion like a balloon tied to the wrist are aware of the arm's actual position. But Kari, while she responded to the suggestion you pantomimed, also had a substitution hallucination, hiding the suggestion and the response from her conscious. That hallucination was so complete that she even had conscious control over the phantom arm, and could feel the high five. Very cool.

I have a question. Not about what it feels like but what it feels like after the hypnosis. Is it normal to have a headache after a session? Every time I go in without one, and leave with a dull, yet defined ache in my head- mostly behind my eyes. Is this normal? Should I stop the sessions? Ty

So you don't know how the weird hand thing you did works? Because I thought the balloon thing was absolutely awesome. You didn't have to mention anything about it and she still followed. I think you are right about the rapport though. I have seen her in most of your videos and it seems to me that yall have a lot more than just a hypnotist/hypnotee connection. You are a great hypnotist. I have used many of the inductions you have posted myself. You're a reason why I learned hypnosis.

I've watched countless videos of hypnosis and I still can't help to be a skeptic. I question everything and after watching this video, it just feels staged. I mean, I just don't see how you could notice your arm was in the air. I feel like you have to go along with it. I may be wrong, but for someone who has never been hypnotized and has always seen other people being hypnotized, you can't help to think that it's all fake. I am merely speaking from a skeptic point of view.

So I found that very interesting and thought about hypnosis, when you make someone forget there name or a number, I guess it works the same way. Not sure to really understand how, but that's cool XD
