@chaddereric Ghost Widow is a Dominator class. Primary Powers: Dark Miasma Secondary Powers: Dark Blast. Other Powers: Flight, Phase Shift and Soul Mastery. Soul Masery power set contains the "Soul Storm" power that she uses here in the vid. Hope that helped.
