I remember my first expert bot I beat...It was actually a 2v1 with me and a friend on lan against napoleon. At first he slapped our shit, so we took our sole surviving explorers and rebuilt society in the edge of the map between a forest. We called ourselves forest people. After relocating two more times, we got a total of 4 factories and mass produced troops, and slapped his shit.

How did you do this ? Me and 2 of my friends tried against 3 expert bots and well, we got FUCKED UP !!! They have a huge army when we have none :/ but it was really fun, we tried defending ourselves without hope, one of my friends lost the game, I had only 5 musketeers, the explorer and 3 organ guns, I had lost my base but my other friend managed to build 5 towers and 15 musketeers so we made a last stand, we even sent the settlers :D it was a LOT of fun.

Can you maybe say some tips to play with the Dutch? Bechause i love them (L) (the asian dynasties/ The warchiefs) (i know well that Gold is to create villagers in dutch style).

In the beginning you want to keep the coin gather rate as low as possible just enough to keep making villagers and focus mainly on wood and food. Age up as quickly as possible and use troop cards to build up an army and build banks also use cards like bank of rotterdam to increase the amount of banks. From then on put most villagers to gather food so you have the resources for troops and aging (gold and food).

That's how I would do it, the Dutch, it been a while though.

@zkidwai Yeah, they love to rush, so you need to build up your defence real quick. Don't let them destroy your base, and you'll get them after a while.
