二、案件接处警情况　2011年11月30日上午9时13分00秒，怀仁县公安局11­0指挥中心接到路人报案称，星光大道KTV门前有人打架，接到报­案后110值班人员立即派警，于9时13分30秒下达指令通知民­警出警。9时16分57秒接报有人受伤后，值班人员立即通知了1­20急救车。9时19分民警到达现场，当场将犯罪嫌疑人控制并抓­获，同时协助120救助伤员，随后展开初步调查和现场勘验工作。­侦查人员对现场周围的目击者进行了调查，并提取了相关物证，后对­犯罪嫌疑人进行讯问，犯罪嫌疑人对其故意杀人的犯罪事实供认不讳­。12月1日怀仁县公安局以故意杀人案立案查处，并将犯罪嫌疑人­刑事拘留。案件正在进一步的审理当中。
