thanks for the video series you put on smile on my face . some really great memories i have on the canal path in buffallow , i have family in syracuse and camped all over new york. i would do to this one day and it would be an amazing ride. what type of bike would recondmend for this trip. i really do agee with hpolecat it really did capture the soul and flavor up state ny . i have raliegh mountain bike and i ride the trails all the time.. thanks and god bless!
@echocompany540 Thanks a lot. One of my friends rode a mountain bike with slick tires, but to do the whole trail a touring bike like the Trek 520 is recommended. Probably not a road bike because the trail is a little rough at time. A cyclocross bike might be good too.
@sbirdsey I know. I'm all like, "You can pronounce Schenectady and Watervliet, but screw up Cohoes and Albany?" That's like not being able to tie your shoes, but able to rig a sailing frigate.
What a great video. You guys did a wonderful job. Very simple and straightforward, but it really captured the flavor of the road and soul of upstate NY. Good narration as well.
cool man - i like your style, as a presentor your chillecd out and not at all annoying like commercial tv presenters who are wanekrs and always trying to be 'popular' keep it up

lol, I was checking out that trail the other day. Was on it for about 15-20 miles, and decided to turn back. Looks like fun, I might give it a go.

No. Just a fun adventure. I do promote my website at the end, but I'm not trying to sell anything.
