  • lol mother fucker

    minouro win via K.O

    fedor win via TKO

  • I REALLY TOTALLY ENJOYED IT! My boyfriend and I couldnt miss it. I just wanted to say to be a chick I do have an opinion about Dan Lauzon: U R A @$^##^% BITCH! A DRAMA QUEEN! Bobby Green! U were great dude!

  • When I watch Fedor fight, I feel like I'm watching some higher being from another world.

Fedor was already the best pound for pound fighter in the world, but this cements it as a fact. Greatest fighter of all time.

You should watch the documentary "The Baddest Man on the Planet" if you haven't yet (it's in six parts here on YT). It gives a very nice glimpse into his training and personal life.

  • dude was that u outside the ring

  • Awesome seeing you on t.v.

  • DUDE I TOTALLY SAW YOUR FACE ON T.V. HAHA . . . THAT WAS SWEET ! ! !

So I'm watching the post ring ceremony & I'm thinking to myself . . . Is that . . . (No...) Is that Dolivevij from YouTube ? ? ? HaHa... IT IS!!!

  • lolol

It was pretty sweet. I must admit!

    :)

  • EAT THAT ROACH.

Your "Amazing Boxing Instruction" was worth Jack.

So much for Arlovski's amazing boxing skill.

HE JUST GOT KNOCKED THE FUCK OUT.

    Fedor = Greatest.

  • In all fairness to roach out of all AA's trainers I think he'd be least likely to get him to be throwing flying knees.

  • Most definately true. Only reason I say any of this is because all of the smack Roach was talking before the fight about his boy Arlovski going to knock out Fedor ASAP.

    Reality is a bitch.

  • Fedor will win this fight easy, probably in the first round. To be honest I think this fight has been hyped up abit to much. Yes Arlovski is great but he isn't the number two fighter in the world as people claim. He is a great boxer but if he faces anyone with good grappling he will lose. This isn't boxing either and him dancing around in the ring jabbing will not lead to anything. Wouldn't be surprised if he get outstruck even since he will have to worry about takedowns unlike his opponent.

  • I think Arlovski has been focused on his stand up (boxing) too much and maybe neglecting his ground game a little bit. That would be a chance for Fedor to take him to the ground asap and work his way to the sub/tko. But I don't think it would be such a big surprise if Arlovski pulls the victory on this one (hope not). Definitely an interesting match up coming this saturday.

  • Lets say AFFLICTION puts on one more event, and in it Fedor defeats Josh Barnett. Who else does he really need to beat?

He woulda beat, NOG 2x, Cro Cop, Silva, Arlovski, Barnett, Coleman and others who were very relevant when he beat them.

Randy Couture? A nice fight. But means nothing for his "legacy." 4-1 Brock? Maybe worse record after he fights Mir again or if he beats Mir and faces Gonzaga. Lesnar will have a hand full of wins over the next 2 years.

I just don't see what is left for dood

  • Also, let's not forget the price he would have to pay or what he'd have to give up to make those fights happen. Even if Lesnar is 6-1 or 7-1 by the time Fedor fights and defeats Barnett (looking this a little bit ahead of time, but well...). It's still a very small chance of him signing with the UFC, as we all know due to the contract terms conflict. So if he gets past these two matches I agree with you, I don't know what's left for him.

  • Christ, even after Fedor's knockout with Arlovski some idiot says Fedor hit him with a lucky punch. I keep saying to him that in fights with fedor there is no such thing as luck. Only skill technique, and the will to win. But he just doesn't seem to learn.

  • Oh yeah, by the way, where is that music from? That was an awesome touch!

  • I made it.

    Glad u likes.

    :)

  • You gotta myspace man? MMA is important, but do you make beats for emcees and stuff?

  • I don't have a myspace for my beats, but we could figure something out so you can hear some other stuff.

    pm me.

  • Dope video. I think Fedor will win though by similar fashion as he used on Tim.

  • I hope so.

  • "Sadly, whether Fedor wins or loses, AFFLICTION will fold."

So what do you guys think will happen to Fedor if that happens. ufc? Seems unlikely, although I'd like to see that. And what about that "fighting fedor" crap idea of a tv-show?

I just hope fedor doesn't end up competing against c-level fighters again for another year or two. with m-1 global or something. I guess there's Barnett & Werdum still outside ufc but other than that not anything too interesting.

  • I think Fedor will never sign to the UFC. He makes more money, has more freedom and is loved worldwide by "the fans that matter."

The die hards know who and what Fedor is. The history books do too.

Even though a lot of UFC fans knew nothing of PRIDE FC, it meant nothing when it came time to recognizing the world talent.

Fedor is the best. A win this weekend will further solidify it and he will fight where he wants and for more then the UFC will ever pay him.

    He has it made.

  • Yea I agree that even if he lost tomorrow, he would imo still be nr 1or 2 "fighter of all time" based on record, winning streak and overall dominance in pride era, against ufc champions too. (I guess someone could want to put royce as nr1)

But I just wouldnt want to see fedor fighting poor competition should affliction fold after this event or the next one.

  • Damn, your music rocks! Pro-tools again?

  • U got it.

    And thanx.

  • Karsten,

    You don't suck!

Your vids are great & some of your subscribers are my direct referrals. Your picks and prognostications are always a superb resource, so, thanks for what you do!

For "Reckoning", I agree with all your predictions but one. I really think that, unless Pitbull's stand-up has come up to Superman status, he'll be served his own ass on a gold-inlaid porcelain dinner platter with a side of Russian potato pancakes and cream sauce.

    Whuddyathink???

    BTW, love your tag-line!

  • Thanks, man!

I am worried. I hope you are right about the fight, but I wouldn't bet it goes that quick. Against Timmy, I was sure it would be fast and brutal. But I think Fedor himself will go with a different gameplan. Something closer to his fights with CroCop and Nog.

    Thanks again.

  • i see alovski rockin fedor and pulling off a tko gnp

  • Cochino713, you do have a sense of humor! All joking aside, I respect your opinion, but...

I give this fight less than 2 minutes - Fedor by armbar or TKO. It's just not going to be much of a contest.

  • arlovski lost two times to timmmy..........

    he lose to fedor to

  • I'm sweating Fedor's fight too. I worried when he fought Tim and I went nuts when Fedor whooped his ass. If they fought 10 times I'm sure Fedor would win 9, but I worry about AA's fast & powerful hands. I think he will fight him exactly how he fought CC and win by decision. Unless he catches AA early and finishes him.

  • I hope the " Pit Bull ko's Fedor in 30 seconds but other then that I don't give a shit about this card and the t-shirt guys who tried to rip on my hero Randy could go to hell with there crappy brand.

  • I wouldn't call affliction crappy. Its better than most of the other promotions out there, besides DREAM and maybe Strikeforce. And this is a good card. Barnett always makes his fights interesting,Vitor is fighting Lindland which I hope turns his career around, Sokodjou-Babulu will be entertaining, and Little Nog-Matyushenko is a fight between two top 15 or 10 lightheavys. And ofcourse, Fedor-Arlovski. There are always great fights outside of the UFC.

  • if Rampage couldn't stop Lindland, how the fuck is Belfort going to? Flying stomach smash?

  • Awesome music

  • not enough to sustain a company like affliction. Look at wrestling there are 3 companies running solid, but when you mention wrestling WWE is the only one that comes to mind.

  • possibly.. considering how much they're payin guys like fedor, sylvia, barnett and especially arlovski...

meh... i do hope to see fedor, barnett, arlovski and others in the ufc should everything tumble and fall

  • I think we will see them there, most guys are unhappy at other places, even though they get paid better. and, a friend of mine who is a fighter told me with sponserships and everything Affliction is not really paying them that much more.

  • Great Video Karsten, hope you get the Cam fixed soon.

  • If Fedor losses it will mark the end of Afflication fights.

  • why? they would have a HUGE superstar in arlovski.. one the US fan is already very familiar with.. and one who shamelessly produces his on primetime, 24/7-esque specials..

  • Because, Arlovski has stated his desire to work in the UFC, again. And, Dana has also stated that the regretted lossing him.

  • gauranteed regardless of the outcome, affliction will still have more fights.. fedor is not affliction's kimbo...

granted, i dont think their draw will be as strong if fedor loses...

nevertheless... dont u think fedor would still fight in affliction despite even is he loses??

plus, there's word that affliction will be co-promoting with dream..

aoki, jacare, manhoef, hunt and possibly kid fightin in the US... amazing!!!

  • even if they hook up with Dream, that does almost nothing for them in the US. Most, UFC fans know nothing about Dream, so they could care less.

  • fortunately there are mma fans that exist outside the UFC... smaller, yes, but significant to exist and prosper...

case in point, strikeforce.. even dana white tips his hat off to them...

i believe that le vs shamrock was one of the highest paying attendence for an mma event in san diego with 17000+. <--- thats ufc numbers right there.

  • good point

  • Yeah but no one cares about Arlovski except the nuthuggers. Fedor has street cred. Ask your local homies!

  • If Fedor wins, AFFLICTION may still go under. They're losing lots of money. Period.

If Fedor loses and AFFLICTION folds, people will be quick to connect the two but that is flawed logic. Fedor didn't lose and Bodog folded. Fedor didn't lose and PRIDE was bought out. Fedor didn't lose and all the companies he isn't connected with are folding.

The hard business of running an MMA Org and Fedor's record have nothing to do with each other.

Sadly, whether Fedor wins or loses, AFFLICTION will fold.

  • Good predictions. If Vitor beats Lindland I'd like to see him in UFC fighting Anderson Silva.

  • Im picking a Win for Fedor, TKO in the first round, around 2:30. Garunteed it will happen just watch.

  • I hope you are right. But there are two types of Fedor attacks. The Silvia, Zulu, Goodridge swarms, and the CC, Nog and I think Arlovski more cautious approach. I don't think Fedor will just run up on Andrei like he did Tim. He likely respects Arlovski's stand up skills more and realizes he can't just "Zulu" dood.

    BUT .. if he does.

    OMG!

  • I think he will take on Arlovski the same way he did in his 3rd fight with Nog, check it out, the boxing technique he did to him was crazy, no looping punches, hard straights that were so accurate it made me sick to my stomach. The reason why I think he will do this is because Arlovski's trainers questioned Fedors standup, once Fedor heard that it just pissed him off, and Fedor likes to prove EVERYONE wrong.

  • i am particularly worried about fedor's fight too...

fedor should clinch immediately and finish it on the ground...

  • I hope your right about Vitor. 185 should suit him well, but if he takes out Lindland, who should he fight next?

  • Damn, I wanna be just like you man. It must be awesome covering these events, and watching the events and reviewing them.

    P.S.

I'm leaning on Lil Nog to get revenge.
