You will love playing your Oscar Schmidt OS45 Autoharp. The autoharp I'm playing in this video, has an electric pick up. If I remember correctly, it is an OS45. I just recently purchased the updated model with an electric pick up and built in tuner. Thanks for watching the video...we appreciate your kind comments. Lois (Autoharpist)
Louis I noticed you're playing a Oscar Schmidt OS45 I just recently got a OS45ce I love the Autoharp so glad to be playing again thanks so much for your music!!
Thanks...we appreciate your kind comments. Our band is called "The Anchors" SGM (Southern Gospel Music.) We are blessed to recently have an upright bass player join our group. Lois (Autoharpist)
Wow! Love it. You all are great - love that harmonica, and the sound of the autoharp - Just beautiful. Thanks for sharing, Lois - everyone is wonderful. Enjoyed it. Gwen
I just wanted to say I raised my children the same way as I was raised but they didn't go to bed at dark!!! Luckily I married a girl that could sing and she strums on a autoharp and a upright bass. The kids evidently took after her. Keep up the good music! and again THANKS and also for the post on mine. Chester
Lois, I just now got a chance to listen to your video. It was so good to here all the musicians playing the way it should be. Reminds me when I was but a child in the hills and hollows of Tn. when we didn't have a TV to watch and was made to go to bed at dark. Papa played the fiddle and banjo, Big Mama on the juice harp, Mom amd Aunt Birdie playing the guitar, Aunt Hazel struming the mandolin, and Uncle Luthie playing the guitar. I as a child played or tried to play the guitar. Great!! Thanks
Thanks for taking the time to watch the video. On behalf of all of us...we appreciate your kind comments. Lois (Autoharpist)
