in norway you can buy alcohol thats under 22 % (weak booze) at the age of 20 you can enter nightclubs and buy alcohol thats over 22%.
Also if ur a minor drinking in norway the cops dont do much. they may drive you home if your to drunk to walk or they just confiscate the booze and leave you alone.
The UK, France, Germany, Russia, China, Korea, Spain, Italy, Poland, Greece, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Argentina, Canada, South Africa and almost every other country on the Planet has a lower drinking age than the USA,

Ok, America's laws are stupid. Thinking a TWELVE year old is responsible enough to handle a GUN but an 18 year old isn't responsible enough to drink alcohol is just messed up. If they won't change the drinking age, raise the age to use a gun to 21.
