Actually, I don't think that it's dead. Since it is uploaded on MegaUpload, you punch in the 4 letter code near the top right section of the page, wait a short period of time, and then you can save it. Also note that it's a RAR file, so you'll need a program like WinRar to extract it.

Sorry, I should have posted a follow up. It was dead for a while. I know about the 4 letter code and all that - I've been using MegaUpload for years. :) I'd been getting a message that the file was unavailable. I decided to try again later and there it was! RAR files are no problem either. I'm on a Mac & whatever our default "extracting" program is automatically extracts it without a problem.

And I am VERY VERY grateful for your offering! I have wanted to hear this for many years. Thanks again!
