The BFG Rugged Trails that come stock on the Xterra OR are actually pretty decent. They are the next step down from ATs. I did replace mine with Hankook MTs when they wore out though

The X is locked. Those are the stock tires with about 1/16 of tread left. I knew I wasn't going to make it too far.
