There were really only three phases of great rock and roll - the American acts from the mid-50's (Elvis, Chuck Berry, etc.), the Brits from the 60's (Beatles and Stones), and the punks (Sex Pistols and Clash). The Pink Floyd type stuff was really just an off shoot of the psychedelic 60's stuff. The Seattle sound was good, cut that was just another way of performing punk. I hate to say it but I think rock is really dead.
@cdstacker18 I was going to write something similar about the Ian Stewart comment at the end. You can tell Keith is even mimicking Stewarts' speech pattern. Cool stuff.

It's quite some skill to make a Keith Richards interview (or a set of them) irritating to watch but whoever edited these has managed it.
