thanks for watching my vids, i used this one to show my team what the hell they look like. ;) thanks for taking the time to put it together. what did you use to make it?
I followed the zone coverage the other night at left wing. The D were much easier to predict which led to a much smoother breakout. Just need a vid for the offensive side (triangle, cycling, etc.). Keep up the good work.
Very good! thanks mate. I'm a forward on a roller hockey team and applied the winger techniques at training last night. Needless to say i was very suprised at how often i got the ball.
OMG... What were your "D" thinking? Hey, I'll go wave at at the people in the stands while the play is all the way on the other side. Good presentation. How did your teammates feel about getting singled out?
Cheers mate made it easier for me to understand the positions and where u should be. great vid

Very informative video...good thing that Red Team has a pretty good goalie - he/she let in, I think, just one shot when the Center messed up.

it's tough to play hockey with so many clueless players like the left defenseman.

This was exactly what I was looking for. I've just started playing D for my team and was completely lost as to what I should be doing.

I like this a lot. I was suprised to find I was doing everything right. I have to get the rest of my line to stay in position.

No doubt posted by a shell-shocked goalie. This clearly identifies everyone's responsibility in your own zone. Thanks.
