I use these videos all the time and I love them. I'm also a Spanish speaker, so I don't mind that they're in Spanish. However, I really wish they were broken up in a less awkward way - Intro/Warmup, Cardio, Weights, etc. each in a different video. Right now the vids stop in the middle of sections and you have to change them over. :(
the russian ones are the worst haha even though i'm studying it,it's sooo difficult..spanish language at least is similar to italian one,my language! but in english i would understand even more..
Parts 1-9 make such a thorough and total body workout. It is such a fun way to incorporate weights into a work out. I usually do dance followed by sets of weights, but this is great! The shimmy part is alot of fun and you can tell the girls enjoy themselves too. I must say I had to laugh at myself being so unco! After about 3 months of doing belly dance with Neena and Veena, I think I am finally getting the hang of some of the moves and they are coming more naturally. So stick at it guys!
though i speak spanish, i would LOVE to have this in english. Ofcourse they are saying nothing different, just translating, but while i'm watching them i also am hearing the directions and it gives me a headache! haha, can you post an english one??? thanks! :)
@xstrawberry86x I also don't get why the English version's needed. I mean, I'm quite sure the voice over isn't saying anything different from what the girls are doing.

This is the best video from Veena & Needa. I enjoy this video although I don't speak any Spanish. All you really need to know is numbers in Spanish.

you do not need a translation all they are doing it the counts and saying right side left side hope that helps :)
